(NOTE) if you have already made an online purchase via a paypal merchant, paypal will not allow you to proform 
       a second transaction unless you have regester your credit/debit card with them, this is for security reasons 
       so no one else uses that card & to also prevent fraudulent transaction againts your card.

(b) After you selected your options then click (get started) 
    fill in all the fields them click (agree and create account)

(c) It will take you into a home page with your name/business,your next step is to get verify
    click on the verify button and follow al the instructions.

(d) paypal will send you a four digit code to enter the virifu box,this would arrived in credit/debit card statment 
    or go into your bank & collect your code, after you have receive it then login to paypal enter the email & password
    go to the verify section enter code & you are done NOTE:if you enter your code three tomes wrong you would be
    lock out, So make sure you got the correct digits.
